I'm looking to create animated web banners that will work on all mobile devices. As we move to HTML5 and it's incompatibility with Flash, I'm wondering what is the best Adobe software to use. Is there anything that will work with iPhones/Androids, etc as

Currently I use Flash to create animated web banners. I realize that they won't function with Apple devices and am looking toward HTML5 which I believe will work on all devices. What is the best Adobe software to create an animated web banner that will work in HTML5 and across all platforms?
