Make a text Responsive

hi all,

As edge being a very powerful tool for responsive Images, Divs and other content, there is still a pretty hard time coping with text.

my solution was to compromise on the design that the text will work fine (such as go out of a frame....)

any way in one part i can't compromise on the design and I have to reduce the font face EM only to work with  9" and below devices , is there any code for that ?

such as media queries on CSS?
