Can't see the video tab in the library, how do I import a video in my project?

Version I'm using:

Adobe Edge Animate CC

3.0.0.322.27519

I wanted to import a video in my project but there isn't the video tab in the library.

I don't know if it has never been there or it has disappeared, I have I noticed it only now.

"file > import" (cmd+I)
