Dynamic content not loading when outside of browser view

Hey Guys,

I have a bit of a strange issue with some dynamic banners i'm working on. The banners on my page don't load their dynamic content if they start playing outside of of the browsers viewable area. Has anyone encountered this issue before?

Browser version I'm in is Google Chrome:  Version 52.0.2743.116 (64-bit)

Things worth noting:

• It works fine in Firefox
• These are built to be compatible with Google's dynamic banner specification (in DoubleClick) however they have been thoroughly tested by the google team and it's not related to their specs or code
