I made the monumental mistake of uninstalling Adobe Edge Animate CC 2015 today thinking that Adobe Animate CC 2017 would be able to work with the AN project files. Realizing the terrible mistake I had made, I reinstalled Edge Animate. Now, when I open or create ! a project, all I get is "an unknown error has occured", followed by a "unknown C++ error"; several dozens of error windows appear stacked over the top of each other. Sadly Edge Animate CC 2015 no longer functions.
Any insights or guidance on how this might be fixed would be greatly appreciated.
