Hi, I'm using multiple edge animations on my website.
sometimes the animations are loaded and sometimes they don't.
I can't figure it out why...

the website is in Hebrew, but that doesn't matter for the test.
all the blue squares are edge animation.
if you log-in and everything works, refresh and check again.
once every couple of times, it just wont.

I have read that on ios7 sound only plays on trigger event. However I have created an Edge animation with auto play sound that doesn't play on an ipad with ios7 but does play on an iphone with ios7. Do you know why that would be? The animation is a loop of a car passing by.
I have this on the first frame of the timeline:

A little later on the timeline, I have this:

A little more later on the timeline, I have this:

I have this video loop of a person and 4 questions ontop of it. When the button is pressed i want to start movie clip 1 and at the end of it automatically return to the video loop.
Could someone please point me in the right direction since i don't see an action that is called "on video end"
I'm trying to wrap my Edge files in some sort of container to allow users to run the project on their desktop. Right now, we are giving them a zip file with all of the assets and asking them to dig through there and open the index.html file. This works....sort of. But there are a lot of issues with browser incompatibility and the obvious pain in the a** of putting them in that position. So has anyone come across a way to package HTML5 content into native desktop apps?
I guess I should clarify that these need to run offline. Which is why we aren't just hosting the content and giving them the link.
Really just looking for some tips or direction. Anything would be greatly appreciated. I feel like I've tried everything under the sun.
Google Chrome Apps seemed like the most promising option, but we cannot direct them to the chrome store to download. They have to download from the company storefront.

Will someone at Adobe please address the issue with EA and Yosemite not working properly? It's in several threads that people are having serious problems with EA and it's compatibility with Yosemite. It would be nice to here from the staff that a problem is confirmed and that a fix is on it's way.

When I try to drag an <img> element inside a rect element ( to make it a child of the rect ) I have noticed that the Edge Animate crashes after throwing a C++ exception message. This happens only in the symbol editing mode.
Just wanted to let the edge animate team know about it.

Hi All, I've created an animation which appears on a stage that is centered both horizontally and vertically but when edge loads the down-level stage it appears in the top left corner of the browser. How can I center this down-level stage using animate? Also, I have an adaptive container and different layouts so that the animation scales down depending on the screen size how can I scale this down-level stage? I'm trying to have the down-level stage match the animation as closely as possible, any assistance will be greatly appreciated. thanks
I changed the background color of my Animate composition from black to white. I republished it and deleted the old version, but when I place the .oam file in my Muse site, it's the old version with a black background.
I tried renaming the Animate project and saving both it and the Publish folder in a new place. Same result. I tried saving the Muse site with a new name and in a new place in case it was a cache problem. Same result.
This is with the newest 2014 versions of both applications.
If we have JSON loading html in and in that text block we have a tags to links (see example below of the JSON string). How do you add the css to control how that a:link should look? It's defaulting right now to standard blue and underlined and is not picking up the text properties of the text div in animate other then the font type.
Would we control it by assigning it a class and then external css? Is there a way to do it without it being inline?

The above block of text is loading fine, (see screen shot) but it's defaulting to blue
Lets say i have four bullet point list of text. Some of the text goes on for two or three lines how do you sort this issue of getting them aligned?

the second line. So it is not aligned as it should be.

The only way i cold achieve this was to create a second text box which only contains the bullet points and place that next to it. But there has to be an easier way. Anyone?

So, i have this animation that i want the users to view in full screen in the browser. The background, the guy, his arm and the wheel are all different images for animation purposes:
(if t's red, it's loading)
So I set all the elements to "Scale Background Image" so that the elements readjusts to fill 100% the users screen. The problem is that all images doesn't scale together and gets out of its places. How can i make this responsive in the right way?

I am stuck in a FORM i designed for a website entirely designed in Adobe Edge
The CODE for the form is placed on Stage. The textBoxes referred in the Code are inside Symbols. Here is a sample:

I repeated this process to build all the input fields.
Now followings are what I cant figure out:
1 - I would like to submit the data and perform form validations, but there is no FORM tag/name. Should I do the same process and create another textbox and append each field to the form?, I understand the structure of a HTML based form, wrapped by the <form/> tags but this mixed marshal arts model in edge got me confused, I feel like i m mostly coding Jquery but many buttons access the CSS properties, still trying to figure out.
2 - My Submit button is not the regular <input type=submit>, instead i m using a Symbol to act like a custom button, so i made a button from scratch, as if you would build MovieClips in flash. How can I perform onSubmit Jquery functions for sending or validations then? How can I tell the form to consider this button, or its CLICK/MOUSE UP state as the submit form action ?
On my EA project I am using the jquery droppable function. Note that the code I have written works correctly, but is what I would call inefficient code, as you will see below. Can you advise of a way that I could write the droppable function(s) more efficiently?
There is 1 element on the stage that is draggable. Then I have 5 elements that are droppable. These five droppable elements are nested inside a child symbol .
On the stage I have a parent symbol named 'parentSymbol', nested inside that I have a child symbol named ‘childSymbol’, which contains various elements.
I do not want to make the entire childSymbol droppable, only some of the elements within this child symbol. Namely:

In composition ready I have included the following droppable functions, which work correctly.

I have some buttons that on mouseover they animate scaling up and on mouseout they scale back down. This is working great except the scenario when a user mouse's over one button then immediately mouse's out to the next button the animation on the first button abruptly stops and the animation starts on the current button. Is there a way to keep the animation playing for the first button AND have the animation play work for the second button?
I have uploaded a quick demo to illustrate what I mean. Also I've uploaded the project file if anyone can find a solution. Thanks!
